For full production lines, we’ll send 1-2 engineers to set things up onsite (takes 2-5 days).
You’ll cover: Their flights, hotels, visa fees, insurance, and a $100/day “coffee allowance” ☕😉.
Q2: How to resolve post-installation equipment issues?
Since WhatsApp and similar foreign social platforms require a VPN for use in China, we recommend customers download WeChat(Android, iPhone) after finalizing cooperation. Robota creates a dedicated group for each client (including sales and factory technicians). For after-sales issues, clearly describe the problem and share photos/videos in the group. Our technicians will immediately guide you toward a solution.
Q3: How long is the machine warranty?
The doming machine carries a 1.5-year warranty from the delivery date. During this period, we cover replacement part costs, while customers handle international shipping fees.
Q4: How long is the lead time?
Standard machines require 14-20 days; customized machines take 20-35 days.
Q5: What about the payment terms?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) in advance or L/C (letter of credit) at sight—both are negotiable.
