Robota creates a dedicated group for each client (including sales and factory technicians). For after-sales issues, clearly describe the problem and share photos/videos in the group. Our technicians will immediately guide you toward a solution.
Q3: How long is the machine warranty?
The doming machine carries a 1-year warranty from the delivery date. During this period, we cover replacement part costs, while customers handle international shipping fees.

Standard machines require 14-20 days; customized machines take 20-35 days.
Q5: What about the payment terms?
We accept T/T (telegraphic transfer) in advance or L/C (letter of credit) at sight—both are negotiable.
