Which resin doming machine should I choose first?
Start with product layout, production volume and positioning risk. A semi-auto doming machine is better for samples and small batches. When is a semi-auto doming machine enough?

Can a 3-axis machine handle complex shapes?
The issue is not only the product outline. A 3-axis machine can dispense around many shapes if the sheet layout is fixed and repeatable. If parts are freely placed, mixed on one sheet, have holes or show printing-position variation, CCD vision alignment is usually safer.
When do I need a CCD vision-guided doming machine?
CCD vision is useful when measurable print shift, free placement or mixed positions remain after practical sheet and fixture controls. Holes, cutouts, curved parts or high product value do not automatically require CCD. The camera should solve a demonstrated alignment risk.
Is the most expensive doming machine always the best choice?

Can one doming resin work for every product?
