• What should I include when contacting Robota?

  Please share your product type, material, size, sheet layout, expected production volume and use environment. Product photos, drawings or short videos are very helpful. If you already know your target dome height or resin preference, include that too.

• I am not sure which doming machine I need. Can you recommend one?

  Yes. You do not need to choose the machine model before contacting us. Robota will review your product layout, volume and positioning risk, then suggest whether semi-auto, 3-axis automatic or CCD vision-guided doming production is the better starting point.

• Can I send product photos, drawings or samples first?

  Yes. Photos and drawings are enough for an initial direction. Physical samples or printed sheets are better when the product is flexible, outdoor, curved, premium, or when adhesion, bubbles, dome height or edge control needs to be tested before quotation.

• Can Robota help choose epoxy or polyurethane resin?

  Yes. Robota can recommend epoxy or polyurethane resin based on your product material, indoor or outdoor use, flexibility, UV exposure and target dome feel. Final resin choice should still be confirmed by sample testing when the product requirement is uncertain.

• Can I request a formal quotation through this form?

  Yes. After reviewing your product details, Robota can suggest a machine and resin setup, then provide quotation details. If key information is missing, our team may ask follow-up questions or recommend sample testing before confirming the final configuration.

• Can I use this page for accessories, spare parts or after-sales questions?

  Yes. For accessories or spare parts, send your machine model, old part photo, resin type and a short description of the issue. For after-sales support, photos or videos of the machine status help the technical team understand the problem faster.
