About Robota

Resin Doming Equipment Developed Around Real Production Needs
Robota is a resin doming equipment brand and application solution provider with more than 10 years of experience in resin doming equipment and production applications. We work with experienced engineering and manufacturing teams to co-develop and customize machines for decals, labels, nameplates, badges, keychains and other resin-domed products.
Each solution is configured around the customer’s material, product layout, output target, resin system and positioning requirements. From sample testing and process evaluation to custom fixtures, compact or floor-standing 3-axis platforms, multi-head dispensing and CCD vision positioning, Robota turns real production needs into practical machine and process solutions, supported by quality inspection, export delivery and after-sales service.
Application Review & Configuration
We review product size, sheet layout, material, target dome height, output and positioning risk before comparing semi-auto, 3-axis or CCD.
Sample & Resin Validation
Real samples are used to check resin flow, bubbles, edge control, curing and whether the selected pump, mixer and nozzle setup is suitable.
Co-Development & Production Follow-Up
Customer feedback can lead to configuration changes such as desktop 3-axis upgrades, multi-head dispensing or CCD positioning, followed through partner production and testing.
Inspection, Export & After-Sales
Robota coordinates final checks, packing and export delivery, then supports training, spare parts and after-sales through one project contact.

Product Improvements Shaped by Real Production Constraints
| Production Constraint | Configuration Development | Practical Value | Validation Boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Limited floor space or a step-up budget below a full floor-standing system | PJ180 + desktop 3-axis platform | Adds programmable X/Y/Z movement for stable layouts while retaining a compact footprint and the PJ180 resin metering system. | Working area, fixture, product spacing, resin flow and required output must be confirmed with samples. |
| Repeat products arranged at consistent spacing | Multi-head dispensing option | Can reduce repeated machine movements on compatible layouts. The option can be configured on both DJ771 3-axis and SJ4060 CCD systems. | Nozzle spacing, resin behavior, dome volume, loading speed and curing capacity must support parallel dispensing. |
| Print shift, free placement or mixed positions that fixtures cannot control reliably | SJ4060 CCD vision positioning | Uses camera recognition to correct measurable placement variation before dispensing. | CCD is justified only when sample testing shows that vision alignment reduces a real positioning risk; stable regular sheets may use a more economical 3-axis setup. |
