About Robota

Resin Doming Equipment Developed Around Real Production Needs
Robota is a factory-based supplier of resin doming equipment, application testing and production support. Our machines are produced, assembled and tested by our own factory team in China.
We help customers evaluate their product requirements, validate resin performance, configure suitable equipment and move from sample testing to stable production.
Application Review & Configuration
We review product size, sheet layout, material, target dome height, output and positioning risk before comparing semi-auto, 3-axis or CCD solutions.
Sample & Resin Validation
Real samples are used to check resin flow, bubbles, edge control, curing and whether the selected pump, mixer and nozzle setup is suitable.
Factory Production & Project Follow-Up
Customer requirements are translated into practical machine configurations, including fixtures, nozzle setups, platform sizes and CCD positioning options. Our factory team follows the project through production and testing.
Inspection, Export & After-Sales
Robota coordinates technical confirmation, inspection, packing, shipping documents, spare parts preparation and after-sales support for international customers.

Product Improvements Shaped by Real Production Constraints
| Production Constraint | Configuration Development | Practical Value | Validation Boundary |
|---|---|---|---|
| Limited floor space or a step-up budget below a full floor-standing system | PJ180 + desktop 3-axis platform | Adds programmable X/Y/Z movement for stable layouts while retaining a compact footprint and the PJ180 resin metering system. | Working area, fixture, product spacing, resin flow and required output must be confirmed with samples. |
| Repeat products arranged at consistent spacing | Multi-head dispensing option | Can reduce repeated machine movements on compatible layouts. The option can be configured on both DJ771 3-axis and SJ4060 CCD systems. | Nozzle spacing, resin behavior, dome volume, loading speed and curing capacity must support parallel dispensing. |
| Print shift, free placement or mixed positions that fixtures cannot control reliably | SJ4060 CCD vision positioning | Uses camera recognition to correct measurable placement variation before dispensing. | SJ4060 can add value when camera recognition corrects demonstrated placement variation, or when on-screen path creation and editing make irregular designs and frequent changeovers more practical. A complex outline alone does not require CCD; sample testing should confirm recognition, setup effort and dispensing results. |
