What These Demonstrations Show

These SJ4060 demonstrations show epoxy resin dispensing onto separate pieces with different outlines and sizes. The main run contains seven cartoon fridge magnets. A second run combines two fridge magnets with two IC key cards.

For batches containing several designs, vision positioning locates the randomly placed pieces before dispensing. A sample test with your products helps match the recognition setup and resin application to each outline.

Resin and curing: These case samples use epoxy resin and reach full cure in 15–24 hours at room temperature, approximately 25°C.

Demo 1: Seven Cartoon Fridge Magnets

Seven fridge magnets, including character, food and landmark designs, are randomly placed at different positions and orientations on the worktable. Their shapes and dimensions vary.

  • Application: assorted cartoon and souvenir fridge magnets.
  • Sample count: seven pieces.
  • Setup: SJ4060 vision positioning and epoxy resin dispensing.

Watch the dispensing sequence across the different outlines and the relative placement of the pieces.

Demo 2: Two Fridge Magnets and Two IC Key Cards

This run brings two fridge magnets and two IC key cards together on one worktable. All four pieces have different shapes and sizes and are randomly placed for dispensing.

For an IC key card application, choose the epoxy resin and dispensing area to suit the card surface and preserve the card’s intended function.

When Vision Positioning Is Worth Evaluating

Consider a sample review when individual pieces are placed at varying positions or orientations, or when several outlines are processed in the same run. Keep samples inside the configured recognition area and verify the setup with the actual designs.

For a stable, repeatable sheet layout, compare a 3-axis system with the SJ4060 based on positioning needs, setup time and budget.

What to Send for Your Own Magnet Test

  • Product photos: front and back views of every design, including raised features or backing details.
  • Dimensions and layout: length, width, thickness, intended spacing and the number of designs per run.
  • Surface and resin: substrate, print or coating, epoxy resin specification and desired dome appearance.
  • Production needs: target quantity, loading method and curing arrangement.

Use the sample test to check recognition, dispensing position and edge coverage, then assess the finish and adhesion after curing.

Questions About This Demonstration

Can different fridge magnet shapes be placed together?

The seven-piece run demonstrates different outlines and sizes on one worktable. Your exact designs and placement conditions still need to be checked in a sample run.

Which resin and curing conditions are used?

Both demonstrations use epoxy resin. These samples reach full cure in 15–24 hours at room temperature, approximately 25°C.

Does this also cover IC key cards?

The second video includes two IC key cards alongside two fridge magnets. For your application, check resin compatibility with the card surface and verify card operation after curing.
