Multi-Nozzle Dispensing Head
This model supports customizable dispensing nozzles (2-10 units) seamlessly integrated with dynamic mixing tubes, enabling simultaneous medium-precision doming across multiple workpieces. Each nozzle operates independently with synchronized pressure control, ensuring uniform resin distribution even at speeds up to 500 cycles/hour.
Dynamic Mixing System
Our motor-driven mixing system dynamically adjusts blending speed to ensure uniform consistency for 2-parts adhesives. The integrated adjustable suction control module allows operators to fine-tune suction force, instantly retracting excess adhesive when dispensing stops.
Precision Gear Pump
We customize pumps to match your adhesive type, selecting between gear pumps and screw pumps based on viscosity and particle content. Gear pumps deliver stable flow control for standard adhesives like epoxy or silicone, while screw pumps handle filled materials without clogging, ensuring smooth operation even with abrasive additives.
