Before You Start

  • Create a new destination file before copy/paste. Pasting into an occupied file overwrites that file.

Step-by-Step Procedure

  1. Open Browse Project File. Use L-FUN to create a new file, Enter to open the selected file for editing, and R-FUN to set the selected file as current.
  2. Name the new file clearly. Use Enter to switch input modes, Left to create the file and Right to cancel if the name or destination is wrong.

  1. In the editor, press 1 for a Point command or 2 for a Polyline. Move the nozzle using the trained low-speed approach and save the intended coordinates.
  2. For a polyline, press 4 for an endpoint and 6 for an arc point; press 0 to switch point type while editing. The final polyline point cannot be an arc point.

  1. Select every instruction that belongs to one complete label. Open Array Copy with L-FUN.
  2. For the MOVE method, enter the X and Y copy counts first. Press MOVE, teach the last position in X and confirm it, then teach the last position in Y and confirm it. The pendant calculates spacing.
  3. Alternatively, enter verified X and Y spacing directly. Keep the delivered path mode unless the job specifically requires another pattern.
  4. The manual labels X Num and Y Num as copy counts. Do not convert them into a guessed “total including the original”; inspect the generated preview or command count and confirm the sheet boundaries.

  1. Use the confirmed control to disable dispensing. Select the complete intended instruction set, clear the frame and fixture, and use F2 TryRun at the trained verification settings.
  2. Correct coordinates, Z position or array extent before enabling resin. Then purge into waste, run one label with resin and adjust only one verified process variable at a time.
