Use an SJ4060 recognition test when product or print-position variation creates measurable alignment rejects beyond practical fixture control. Holes or cutouts alone do not require CCD. For stable regular sheets with repeatable positioning and manageable path setup, DJ771 is usually the simpler first choice; compare SJ4060 when frequent irregular-design changes make setup more demanding.
